I recently ordered this Mommyz Love Womens Multivitamin - Comprehensive Womens Daily Multivitamins for Women's Health, Energy, Focus, Mood, Hair, Skin, and Nails (60 Capsules) and my spouse mentioned that she finds them of quality ingredients and effective.

One look at the label and you'll see this is more than just a multivitamin...added amalgams like the 'female support' category (192mg) of yam, red clover, cranberry and lipoic acid & lycopene - which covers at least 2 supplements we've been purchasing separately!
The 'Immune support' (115mg) segment provides goldenseal, echinacea, spirulina & garlic - and once again they've doubled down with great constituents normally not found in a multivitamin.
Lastly the 'anti-oxidant fruit & energy blend' (187mg) packs everything from green tea extract to pomegranate.
All of these necessary constituents in a couple of size 00 capsules! Nothing is overdone like a 500% RDA as I see in a few supplements on the market - this is all done in the right proportion/ratio with respect to each ingredient and the synergistic benefits of such...specifically adjusted for a woman's biology/physical requirements.
My wife likes taking these as they are easy to swallow and actually, 2 capsules of this preparation replace half a dozen separate supplement she took separately prior to finding this blend.
