These gummies taste good and offers a good dose of Apple Cider Vineger. They also contain some B12 the help overall health.

Suggested serving size is two gummies a day. They definately have a vinegary smell to them, but all apple cider vinegar gummies do. They do taste fruity. I like the fact that it not only has apple cider vinegar but also pomeranate juice powder as one of the ingredients. Great value for the price and would recommend.

These gummies are way more enjoyable than taking the pill form. The pill form gives a very strong vinegar taste if you don't swallow them quickly. I've noticed they leave a strong aftertaste as well. These gummies are not near as bad. There is a vinegar smell and taste, but it is not near as strong. They are more sweet tasting than vinegar tasting. The aftertaste isn't as strong either. It probably has too much sugar content than most would like considering these are usually taken to lose weight. That sugar sure does help the taste though.

I must admit that I was skeptical. I brought the ACV gummies to work so I would not forget to take them as I am always so busy at home and it is easier to reach in to my desk when I have a chance.
