Women's Probiotics - 50 Billion CFU

This probiotic is full of good ingredients to promote a healthy gut. The capsules, though large, are easy to swallow and still fit in my weekly pill organizer. The directions for use say to take two a day, but I find that one a day is sufficient. I noticed positive signs in my gut health after a few days of taking this probiotic, and with taking one a day instead of two, the bottle lasts me twice as long.

I like the size of these capsules, very easy to swallow. I like the ingredients. These have helped to keep my bowel movements regular.

I've always had difficulty swallowing pills, but these capsules, while on the bigger side, have given me no trouble. I have experienced no ill effects, but at the same time I have yet to experience any benefits from taking these probiotics. No scent and no after taste.

It's rather difficult to review supplements due to two things, firstly, it can sometimes take a little while before you notice a difference and second, they are very strict about what you can say or can't say on here when leaving supplement reviews. I will just state that these seem to reduce my symptoms and leave you guessing as to what my symptoms are :)

These probiotics are a good mix of helpful strains – it has 50 billion CFU in a two-capsule dose and are shelf stable. I use probiotics daily because they are helpful for my digestive system. Overall, these are good quality probiotics with added benefits, and in the typical price range for a 30-day supply.

These probiotics are easy to take and have no smell or aftertaste. I take 2 in the evening with my meal. I feel good taking a probiotic to replenish the good bacteria in my gut. Since I've been taking them, I don't have the stomach issues I had before. This is a good quality probiotic for women.

I've never had to many bowel problems to complain about but it's better to be proactive than ignorant. Probiotics can't hurt any so i figured I'd give these a try. So far no issues, they go down great.
