These are nice to use when you have a clogged milk duct or just plain old sore boobs. Fit onto my pump great. Love them!

This product helped me a lot while I was beginning to breastfeed. I used the cold pads when my nipples were on fire, and I used them warm to help the milk come out.

Nice product. Might recommend a different shape if you have larger breasts. Also, be aware that the initial 20 seconds in my microwave wasn’t enough. Needed at least an additional 3 cycles of 5 seconds. I did them separately, so it means you have to spend a little time at the microwave prepping for your nursing or pumping ...or have your partner or someone else help you out! Did help me relax before pumping and get better output.

I was thinking it's not such a big product, and it will not cover all the breast. But when I had the packet today and opened it, it’s very big and enough, and my milk was increasing.

First of all, customer service for this product is fantastic!! I received these while I was still pregnant, and one of the blue covers wouldn't snap (and me being overly prepared for delivery, I wanted to take them to the hospital), so I emailed them and got a response very quickly. I didn't have to say much, and she said a new set was being shipped pronto, and it was! But not only that... she sent me 2 more of the blue covers (not just 1) AND a set of "milk savers" that turned out to be the best thing ever!!! I wore them and caught my letdown in them instead of wasting so many VERY CRUCIAL ounces a day!! I was greatly satisfied and appreciative!! Back to the product... these nursing pads have been wonderful as well. They are great for warmth and help with pumping (I noticed I got more using these), and they have been great cooled for soreness. Not to mention they can be used for ice packs later! The only thing I have to say about it is, if I remember correctly, I had to microwave them longer than it said, but I did it in like 5-second increments to make sure I didn't bust them, and they're still working great!
